Delivery time
For products that are in stock with us or in our external warehouse, the delivery time is 1-2 days.
Also for products that are sent directly from our suppliers to our customers, the delivery time is only 1 to 2 days.

The average delivery time is generally 3 to 5 working days for items that are not in stock with us, but with our supplier(s).
In a number of cases, the items you have ordered that are not in stock are first transported by our suppliers from abroad to our warehouse in the Netherlands. Some other items can sometimes be delivered quickly.
This is legal and not a so-called "grey" import! Our products therefore meet the Dutch requirements with regard to safety, etc.
The range that we offer is much larger than can be seen in the webshop. If you are looking for something that is not on the site, please call (preferably) or send an email to info@microzey-europe.nl and we will let you know as soon as possible what we can offer.
Order procedure
You will find the products in the categories. Then choose the products you want to purchase by clicking on the shopping cart button.
If you want to purchase more than 1 item, click on "Continue shopping".
If your shopping cart is filled to your liking, choose the desired shipping method and click on "checkout".
Now enter your name and address details and choose a payment method.
Optionally, you can enter a username and password so that your details are automatically filled in for any subsequent purchase (this is optional). Click "Next"
Check your order and address details.
Click on "Next" (to pay via iDEAL, PayPal, or prepayment) and your order has been placed. You can also print your order afterwards.
Payment Options and Conditions
We deliver our items throughout the Netherlands and Western Europe
For processing orders in the Netherlands, we currently offer the following payment/shipping options:
- Ideal, the most used and safe payment method
· PayPal with extra option to pay by credit card (Note! Administration costs apply)
· Transfer payment in advance (Total amount order + shipping costs)
Shipping of multiple items can of course be combined in 1 order to save postage!
Pick up is not always possible, due to stating that certain items can only be shipped from a warehouse located at a different location.
If you definitely want to pick up, please contact us in advance about the possibilities and to make an appointment immediately.
Postage costs
Unfortunately, we also cannot avoid calculating shipping costs!
Good news, however, is that with an order of more than 75 Euro, no shipping costs will be charged, with a maximum weight of 30 kilos! (Only within the Netherlands!)

Packages are sent in proper sturdy packaging.
Shipping rates for the Netherlands:
With a total weight per order from 0 to 23 Kg. - 6.95 Euro the rest in europe will automatticly applied in your shopping cart.
Rates for shipping to countries of the European Union go automatically through the ordering process per country
Payment and Delivery
Orders are only delivered after payment via Ideal, PayPal, or prepayment.
Orders will be shipped as soon as possible after receipt of your payment. If ordered items are not in stock, we will let you know as soon as possible after looking at possible alternatives.

Any subsequent deliveries are always sent carriage paid.
Guarantee
We provide a guarantee on all products to be delivered by us if manufacturing errors show that the product is not satisfactory.
In all cases, the customer pays for the shipment himself (shipping costs). Shipments sent without postage will not be accepted!
